Retreat weekends

An oppotunity to relax and enjoy the peace of your own mind.

KMC Italy's meditation weekend retreats provide a wonderful opportunity to take a break from our busy life and relax and unwind ...during a peaceful break in Montecatini.

What is a retreat?

During retreat we temporarily withdraw from our usual routines and activities and learn how to relax and develop peaceful, positive minds through meditation. In this way we create space in our mind and develop a fresh perspective on life.
